Dental work uses materials such as zirconia, metal/gypsum grinding dust, and adhesives and sealants that release harmful substances. Our P95 facemasks effectively filter these airborne particles, protecting dentists’ lungs and respiratory systems from potential damage.
Dental procedures generate aerosols composed of air, water, and patient saliva. These aerosols and droplets may carry microorganisms, viruses, and bacteria, increasing the risk of infection for dentists and patients. Our dental masks provide a strong barrier against these harmful particles, reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
How to Clean the Mask
The :dc mask uses a microporous filter as the filtration material, which is water-resistant and alcohol-resistant, allowing for washing and disinfection for reuse. Washing does not reduce its filtration effectiveness, maintaining its protective power over time.
Conversely, the filtration effectiveness of typical electrostatically charged melt-blown filter masks decreases in humid conditions, making it difficult for consumers to determine how much protection the mask still provides.
While the :dc mask can be washed for cleanliness, it's still advisable to replace it regularly for optimal hygiene and comfort. If the mask is damaged or heavily contaminated, please replace it immediately.
You can rinsing by clean water, or spray by 95% alcohol.
